National Science and Technology Council - Cabinet-level Council is the principal means for the President to coordinate science, space, and technology to coordinate the diverse parts of the Federal research and development enterprise.

US Global Change Research Information Office (global warming) - Provides access to data and information on global environmental change research, adaptation/mitigation strategies and technologies, and global warming related educational resources for users worldwide.

US Global Change Research Program Office - combines and coordinates the research and policy development interests of the U. S. Government and Executive Offices of the President. Organized under the auspices of the Subcommittee on Global Change Research (SGCR), which is one of the seven environmental issue subcommittees established by the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources (CENR).
